Food is delicious, tremendous 4-courses menu! Staff at restaurant good (although it's more gesticulare instead of proper English/French). Room is nice and spacious.
Very clean, very beautiful spa and pool.
But kids are not allowed in the swimming area from 5pm!!!. So disappointing if you go skiing all day long. We booked holiday via travel agency. They didn't mention the restrictions...so keep that in mind.

Dinner starts late (7.30pm).
This is our second time at this beautiful hotel. The owners are lovely. So are the staff. On this occasion there is a But. We were not given the room we were hoping for. Then there was a family above us who were very noisy, kids running up and down screaming in the morning and late at night. The insulation is very bad so you can hear everything, so finding it hard to relax in our room is difficult. Our fireplace stopped working so we asked 3 times for them to fix it but it's still broken. The food is not as good as it used to be. I feel sorry for the staff as they are overworked 😞😞. But they manage to keep smiling. It was lacking a bit of christmas decor on the inside. That said, this hotel is still hard to beat. It has many positive sides.
Everything is fine and trouble-free. Impeccable service. Bed/pillow comfort is beyond imaginable. Thoroughly planned and decorated interiors. Breakfast was rich and not annoying for our 5-day stay. Wellness centres is just fine: relaxing …
So impressed, just arrived. Staff is wonderful, spa is very hip and interesting in a cool unique way. The room is amazing, modern, clean lines, hip furnishings, power outlets everywhere. Best part is the bed and the sheets. So happy I am here

Beautiful hotel in a superb location . Spacious, stylish rooms. Spotless. Excellent parking. Lovely grounds and wellness area. Good food. Will return in 2023. Much to explore in the area,..............so TripAdvisor insists that I write more. Lol. See for yourself. Worth the visit.
Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, absolutely excellent cuisine. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Very pleasant wellness, wide selection of local wines. Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel
